Machine and Plant Operator (m/f/d)
To strengthen our team at the Dreiheide location, we are currently looking for Machine and Plant Operators (m/f/d).

✉️ When: Monday – Friday in a 3-shift system
✉️ How: 37.5 hours per week
✉️ Where: Am Gewerbepark 1, 04860 Dreiheide
Your tasks
- Supervision and monitoring of our modern production lines in the manufacturing and packaging areas
- Setup, conversion, and operation of technical equipment
- Repair, maintenance, and servicing
Your profile
- Completed vocational training as a Packaging Technologist, Packaging Mechanic, Industrial Mechanic, Mechatronics Technician
- Career changers: Machine and Plant Operators or other technical professions, preferably in the field of mechanical engineering
- Technical understanding
- Strong quality awareness
- Professional experience in industrial production (preferably in paper processing)
- Independent and responsible work style, analytical thinking, sense of responsibility, and teamwork
